Privacy Policy
What MOSS Image collects, what happens to your prompts and images, and how long we keep them
In short
- Your prompts and layouts are used only to make the images you asked for.
- MOSS Image does not take photo uploads; every image starts from text.
- Finished images stay in My works for 30 days, and you can delete them any time.
- Your images are private unless you turn on sharing.
- We never sell your data, and we never use your prompts or images to train AI models or in our own marketing.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your profile picture. If you sign in with email, your password is stored only as a secure hash.
- Prompts, layouts and the images we make for you, with the options you picked (aspect ratio, resolution).
- Purchases: what you bought, when, and your credit balance. Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, the site or link that brought you here, and basic device details such as browser type and IP address. We use them to keep the service running, stop abuse and see which pages help people.
Your prompts and images
Why we use them. A prompt or layout you submit is sent to our AI model provider only to make the image you asked for. The finished image is saved to your account.
How long we keep them.

You can delete any image yourself in My works at any time. Deleting your account removes your prompts and images too.
Who can see them. Only you, while you are signed in. If you turn on sharing for an image, anyone with its link can see it until you turn sharing off or delete it.
What we never do. We do not sell your prompts or images, use them to train AI models, or use them in our ads, sample galleries or social posts without asking you first.

We rely on a few providers to run MOSS Image. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, protect your account and remember which link first brought you here. See the Cookie Policy for the details.
Your choices
- Delete any image in My works.
- Delete your account in Settings.
- Email support@mossimage.co to get a copy of your data or to have your account, prompts and images removed. We reply within 3 business days.
Children
MOSS Image is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Data security
Data travels over encrypted connections, and access to stored files and records is limited to the people who run the service.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your prompts or images, we also tell you by email.
