Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mossimage.co and its services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Services
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Independent Service
MOSS Image is an independent website. It runs the open MOSS-Image model, released by the OpenMOSS team under the Apache License 2.0, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by OpenMOSS or MOSI. "MOSS-Image" is used only to name the model the service runs.
Your Prompts and Images
You keep all rights to the prompts and layouts you write and to the images we make for you. Images made with paid credits carry no watermark, and you can use them for personal and commercial work, as long as the content itself is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for checking that the text, names and marks you ask for are yours to use.
You give us a limited license to store, process and show this content to you only to run the service: making your image, saving it to your account and delivering it to you. If you turn on sharing for an image, the license also covers showing it to people who open its link. The license ends when the content is deleted. We do not use your content to train AI models or in our marketing without asking you first. The Privacy Policy explains how long we keep it.
Free sign-up credits work like paid credits: the images carry no watermark and come with the same rights.
Credits and Refunds
Images are paid for with credits: 2 credits for a 1K image and 6 for a 2K image. The Refund Policy explains when credits or payments are returned.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
- Make sexual content, content involving minors, or content that is hateful, harassing or violent
- Make images that pass off a fake event, document or endorsement as real, or that imitate a real person to deceive people
- Use other people's logos, trademarks or artwork in a way that infringes their rights
- Get around our prompt rules, or automate requests to the service
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
